The following building jobs were completed at our property, a detached house, in Autumn 2010 - Spring 2011.
The list demonstrates a wide variety of jobs, all of which were completed to a high standard. Several of the projects required sub-contractors (eg. plumber, electrician, windows and doors suppliers).
Mr. McDermott was responsible for the management and control of the whole works process, a task which he carried out impeccably. He was on site to supervise at all times and all the work was carried out to our complete satisfaction. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

Replacement wall and gates to front of property
Repairs to concrete in back yard
Replacement gutters and fascias
Removal of old flue to boiler and replacement with new modern flue
Complete re-rendering of house with pebble-dash
Erection of conservatory, with paved surround and external lights, plus

repositioning of drain
Replacement porch
Overhaul and modernisation of central heating system and installation of

two new radiators
Renovation work on plastering of three walls and installation of airbricks
Internal insulation panels fitted to whole of north facing wall with replastering
Installation of new heating control, thermostat, and fuse box
Installation of sheeps' wool loft insulation
Tiling of kitchen, poch, toilet and conservatory floors
Painting and decorating of kitchen
